Our production time varies between different products but generally, our orders ship within 7 to 10 working days once the artwork is approved and the sales acknowledgement is signed. Currently we are shipping all orders out via UPS Ground for FREE, unless otherwise stated for an upgraded method. Throughout the whole shipping process you can track your order with our on-line order status system in your Account. Currently we are only shipping to United States and Canada.
Privacy & Security
If you take time out of your busy day to inquire about our services or products we will not abuse the privilege. We will never give, sell, rent or in any way enable anyone access to your email address. Furthermore we will not email you with so called "specials" or newsletter or any other annoyances unless you opt-in. We will honor your privacy to the utmost. We will use the email address you provide solely to reply to any questions you may have.
Returns & Replacements
At, we want to assure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied please contact us so we can figure out a way to make your experience better. If your order was printed incorrectly or if you received a wrong item, please contact us so we can replace your order. Please thoroughly check your art proof for spelling and grammatical errors, we are not responsible for these mistakes after the order has been printed.
There a couple ways you can place an order with The first way would be to browse our online catalog and add your desired item to your cart. Once item is in cart, you may check out to place your order. During the checkout we will ask you to either upload your artwork or e-mail us your artwork after you checkout. Once we receive your order with artwork, we will create an online proof. Once you approve the online art proof, your order is sent into production. The second way to place an order is to call us at 1-(888)-303-3900 and we can place your order over the phone. After we place your order, you will need to send us over your artwork via e-mail. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. We also accept checks cleared through your bank prior to producing the order.
Viewing Orders
In order to view your past orders placed on, you will first need to Sign Up and create an account with us. Once you have created an account, Log In and place your order on Now you will be able to track the status of your order and the status of your shipment. Whenever you need to view an order, Log In to your account and click "My Orders" in your My Dashboard.
Updating Account Information
If you would like to update your account information, Log In to you account and click "Account Information" in the left column of your My Dashboard. Here you can update information like First Name, Last Name and E-mail Address. To update your default Billing & Shipping Address, click on "Address Book" in the left column of your My Dashboard.
