You can order one of two ways. You can call our toll-free number or you can email us. We will then issue a sales acknowledgement via fax for your approval and authorization. It will have all the charges listed as we do not believe in surprises.
We will also post an on-line proof for your approval to ensure the layout and design is exactly as you ordered.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. We also accept checks cleared through your bank prior to producing the order.
Our production time will vary with different products. Generally, our orders ship in 7 to 10 working days once the artwork is approved and the sales acknowledgement is signed.
We use several shipping methods. We usually find UPS to be the most cost effective, although on larger orders a truck line can realize some shipping savings. Throughout the whole process you can monitor your order with our on-line order status system.
